HELP Problem with "7.1 Surround Sound" Razer Kraken X USB Headset HELP

I'm having problems using "7.1 surround sound" I managed to unlock the function with the code that comes in the phone case, it worked on one of my computers, but I went to test it on my notebook and when I try to use 7.1 surround, there is simply no sound. There is another audio selection option in the headset windows, the "Razer Kraken X Usb" and the "7.1 Surround Sound" option, when I use the first one I hear normal sound in the earphone, but you can see that the 7.1 is not in operation. When I try to use the second option, simply no sound comes out (as well as the attachment in the photo below). I would love to help, it's been a while since I bought the headset and so far I haven't been able to solve the problem.
