Sounds like you received a second hand Kraken X. 7.1 Surround Sound activation can only be applied to one RAZER ID. If the previous owner have already activated the 7.1 Surround Sound in his/her account, then............ If the headset is new; the 7.1 SS card comes in a scratch card or through email. Once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week. If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread. Prepare the followings~~~

• Name
• S/N
• P/N
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
