I've tried to restore my razer with the recovery image but I get the following error: 

"This preload image is not suitable to current system. Error code: 0947835120164061"

 

Please can someone advise I've already opened a case but no response it's been 4 days. No one can help me. 

 

Please razer support can someone guide me in what's the reason for this error.
