Help with Razer warranty purchase

Hi,

I have a RB Advance 15 RTX2080 and I want to purchase the razer warranty. When I try to do this online, the checkout box shows a completely different model associated with my serial number. Technical support shows the correct model associated with my serial number. I want to be sure that when I purchase the warranty there is no mixup in Razer's systems and I have no issues obtaining support should I need it in the future.

I opened a case, sent in documentation and my receipt, and then my case was unexpectedly closed.

Please help correct the incorrect system showing at check out and help me purchase the razer warranty.

Please note, I contacted support and they referred me to customer service. This is not something they can fix.

Hi there. I changed the tab to Razer Support i hope Staff like @Razer.Caziel etc can pick you up, but you can also PM me the case number so I can attach it to them and make it a faster dual channels:smile_: to solve the problem.
