my friends bought me barracuda x headset but i don't know the code to active 7.1 sorround
Once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week.



If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.



Prepare the followings~~~



  • Name

  • S/N

  • P/N

  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)

  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product

Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. That way, I can verify its model and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Let's continue from there.
