How do i safely relock bootloader and fix internet issues?

Just trying to fix my Razer Phone 2 one day because after updating to 9.0, phone went insane and so many connectivity problems. When i try to play mobile legends using Wi-Fi it just disconnects and reconnects again so regularly, same thing goes for the mobile data; it just goes up and down and sometimes even lose connection completely. Please send help or tips on -How to relock bootloader safely -How to solve connectivity issues
