How do i safely relock bootloader and fix internet issues?

Just trying to fix my Razer Phone 2 one day because after updating to 9.0, phone went insane and so many connectivity problems. When i try to play mobile legends using Wi-Fi it just disconnects and reconnects again so regularly, same thing goes for the mobile data; it just goes up and down and sometimes even lose connection completely. Please send help or tips on

Hi there! Are you still having the same issue? If so, have you tried to do a hard reset to see if it helps? Let me know.
