How to activate the THX Spatial Audio

Hello,

 

I contacted support through the online form and I didn’t receive even an automatic email in reply, let alone an actual answer. 

Here’s my problem : 

 

I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 headphones November 7th, 2021 as a gift for my son. 

 

I want to activate the THX Spatial Audio and I don’t seem to be able to. It requires an activation code, which I don’t have. I didn’t receive any such code along with the invoice - I looked at the invoice I saved in my email. 

 

What are the steps to activate this option?

    THX Spatial for Blackshark V2 headset doesn’t require any activation.

    It’s available out-of-box through Synapse 3 software in Audio->Mixer tab.

    Quick question,

    I dont have the mixer tab under audio it just isnt there even tho i have the blackshark v2 pro 2023. Do you know why by any chance?

    For 2023 version Audio → Sound

    And you have switch below headset image (Stereo / THX Spatial audio)

    Thanks a lot, it works! 

    What I don’t get is why it required an activation code before, though I guess it doesn’t matter anymore. Or at least I hope it doesn’t matter anymore.
