How to add/create another partition?

Hello, I just reset my Razer Blade 15 Studio edition (2020) back to its factory default settings using a recovery USB stick. It seems that there is no way to create or delete partitions in the middle of restoring process. Currently the ssd has four partitions: Recovery, EFI System, Blade 15 (C:), and Winre (Recovery Partition). And I want to add another partition, say D:, for data storage. What do I do? Thank you!
