How to raise a ticket/complaint about firmware?


Hi. Can someone provide mew a link to open a ticker/raise a complaint about Razer firmware? 

An update to my Kraken V3 headset has broken the sidetone feature, see this forum post:

But I cannot find any way on the support website to post a ticket of complaint to report the problem.

If I select my hardware from this page it says it is not interested because it it out of warranty (I know, it is not a warranty issue, it is a bug report): https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support

If I select software from the same page I get a constant error that the page has timed out and needs to reload (I do, it ‘times out’ instantly again and I can never submit the form).
