As many people already here I’m having trouble with my volume scroll wheel jumping up and down try to contact support but my an number seem not be recognize for some reason how can I contact customer support it won’t let me pass the page. Try calling they are busy and it hangs up. I can email cause for some reason my sn is not recognize ( bought new at micro center) need to repair before warranty goes away

    Thank i call the 1800 number for some reason my serial number wouldn’t work but work with their computer , send it and now waiting for them to return a fix one thanks

    Try Contact cleaner spray, it works on my keyboard /blackwidow-elite-volume-wheel-randomly-decrease-and-increase-volume.56599/#post-530304
