My keyboard stopped working because of static electricity. What should I do?

I want to buy new PCB and flexible cable and replace them. However, I don't know where to buy these parts.

Have you tested your keyboard on another computer to check if the issue persists? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
