Huntsman V2 volume wheel works as a scroll wheel

So im having a problem where the volume wheel only works as a scroll wheel, i tried remapping it in synapse 3 and that did nothing. im also having a problem where i have unplug and replug the keyboard to my computer at bootup to get it to work at all, capslock, scroll-lock and numlock lights also dont work before i reconnect the keyboard to my pc.

Make sure to plug in your device directly to a PC USB hub and not from USB hubs. For now, follow the steps in this guide to fix this. Should the issue persists, please PM me your device's serial number to look for other possible fixes. Let's pick up from there.
