Long story short- my razer nari ultimate was bought in US and then gifted to me in Russia. After a month of propper work they died and couldn't work aside the aux way. Later on I found out that the world warranty doesn't work here so I can't just replace them or get a warranty service. That concluded with me trying to find some service who could fix my headset for money, they found the reason which was the faulty power controller, but unfortunately there is no replacement part, and apparently my only solution now is to find another nari and take the part from it... and now I'm completely lost on what to do. Is it at least possible to mail it abroad to the official service so that they could work on them, or am I pretty much screwed? I'm really sad that my gift ended up being a next to an unsolvable problem

what about sending it to the person that gifted it to you so he or she can go ahead and do the warrantee thing?

The problem is that the sticker was damaged so it's no longer on warranty, and I'm not sure if you can repair them in US or I'll get the same reply of "we don't have parts" and pretty much waste my money on shipping with no result.
The only other thing I can suggest is contacting support about it...if anyone can help you it's them. You can put in a ticket with them if I"m not mistaken.

Well, I did that. Hopefully it won't end up with "not our problem" scenario
One other suggestion is, see if there is a computer tech that can fix it locally...perhaps a loose wire or something?....not knowing the issue exactly I'm grasping at straws...lol

Like I said, the problem here is a broken part which needs to be replaced. And it doesn't appear razer sends spare parts to my headset here, which is weird, considering it used to be their main model back this year
I think that may be due to covid sadly.
