I have not received my Razer Barracuda Pro headphones | Razer Insider

I had redeemed these headphones, the Razer Barracuda Pro, via Google Play Store with the perk points. Redeemed them on April 5th, three weeks ago. I have contacted Google about this and they told me to contact Razer support and have not heard back from them. 

 

Has anyone had this issue?
