turns out the serial number isnt an official razer serial number. the website just gives me this message:
We were unable to locate your serial number in the system. Please check that you have entered the correct serial number or contact us.
Ive checked and rechecked the number. Copy and pasted from a transcript with razer support. Any window or website that requires my serial number just generates errors now.
