i just reloaded, but cant use it because of two step versification

i want to change my mobile number associated my razor gold account because i lost it long time ago.

just recently, I reload my account and the problem is i can't use my razor gold because of two step verification is required. And also I don’t have my back up code.

But i have my primary email and my recovery email. 
 

Please help me
