I bought a Razer Hunstman TE on the razer website and after around a month, I realized that one of the keys was mushy and not tactile. So I contacted razer support, and they told me I would get a replacement keyboard once I ship them my defective one. I shipped them the defective unit on August 17th, they emailed me back with an update on september 2nd saying they recieved the keyboard and it will take 3 business days for them return the new one. Its been almost a month now and i haven’t got a single update from them again. I checked my RMA status on the site as well as the tracking number and it still says its pending?????
It was already enough buying a defective keyboard from razer, and now im waiting for over a month just to get a replacement!?! Really Razer!?!?
