Occasional input delay or unintended inputs pls help I have the serial number

Hi there,My Razer Huntsman V3 Pro 8khz stop registering all key but led still work and  Synapse recognize the device. Is there any way to fix it?

I’m sharing my experience with the Razer Wolverine V2 Pro because I’m extremely disappointed with both the controller’s reliability and the response I received from Razer Support.Here’s what happened:Initially, my Wolverine V2 Pro worked on my PlayStation 5, but then it started developing serious problems.PS5 recognition issues: The controller worked perfectly fine in the PS5 home menu, but once I launched a game, it stopped responding properly. I sometimes had to use my original DualSense Edge to launch the game and then switch back to the Razer controller. Erratic inputs: While playing Battlefield 6, the controller started behaving unpredictably. Pressing L3 to sprint would sometimes trigger shooting instead. The controller would randomly register incorrect inputs, making games almost impossible to play. I purchased a Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse. Everything was working perfectly, and the mouse was stable, but recently I started experiencing problems.First, I noticed severe freezes and constant disconnections/reconnections of the mouse. I tried re-pairing the dongle with the mouse, but the problem disappeared for exactly 20 minutes and then returned.I also tried updating the mouse firmware, but this did not resolve the issue. Replacing the battery did not help either.I tested the mouse on a laptop as well, and the same problem occurred. Uninstalling Razer Synapse also did not help.Could you please advise what else I can try to resolve this issue?

I placed an order as a Guest and I got my confirmation email, but when I click the check order status button it takes me to an  error message on razer.com that simply says “an error occurred”. Is there some way I can tie this purchase to my razer id so I can actually see the status of the order?

Hello,As of today the thumbstick of my tartarus v2 pro is maxing out at about 75-80% movement in any direction, the only way I can get 100% movement is by removing the swappable hat of the stick. I tried recalibrating by using the link to game controller properties in synapse but this doesn’t work.

As the title clearly states, my wireless dongle is broken after I have updated both it and the headset to the 1.4.4 firmware. Before a trolling razer rep starts asking insulting questions like “have you tried turning it on and off again?”, yes I have tried every single possible thing, including completely formatting my PC and reinstalling everything, trying the headset and dongle on many different PCs, and all other nonsensical things you could think about asking me; the headset itself works when cabled and with bluetooth, but audio via dongle is dead. I can even input commands via the wireless dongle like changing the volume and pausing videos, it’s just the audio that never gets through. You just bricked my 250€ headset with a firmware update, that’s it.I will be returning the overpriced pieces of crap and never ever buy another razer product again. This post is just to inform people with the same headset to NOT update to the latest firmware.

Posting this to get some visibility on a BlackShark V3 Pro firmware bug that a lot of us are dealing with.I keep my setup minimal and prefer not to have Razer Synapse running in the background on Windows startup. My other gear (Wolverine V3 Pro, Orochi V2, and Naga V2) all work great on onboard memory without Synapse running. The BlackShark V3 Pro is the only device that has an issue loading its onboard profile on startup.The Bug:Whenever you turn on the headset over 2.4 GHz wireless, the audio comes through muffled, muddy, and flat. The onboard DSP fails to apply your saved EQ curve.The only workaround right now is reaching up to the right earcup, pressing the physical EQ button to cycle through the presets, and going back to your profile. As soon as you cycle it, the audio instantly snaps back to proper quality.About the recent patch:Synapse release notes recently claimed: "Fixed: BlackShark V3 Pro Series - EQ not saved on power cycle."This might have resolved the UI state inside Syn

I'm trying to connect steam to cortex but when I do it, it only connects my friends list not my games or Wishlist I have everything set to public so i don't know why its doing this. The yellow exclamation mark says no data found and when i click it, it just gives me instructions on how to change my privacy settings which i already did. 

I have a Razer USB 4 Dock RC21-0228 connected to a 14-inch Apple Silicon MacBook Pro running macOS Tahoe 26.6.2.The dock's built-in Gigabit Ethernet intermittently loses physical link after disconnecting/reconnecting the Mac. When this occurs, macOS shows the relevant Ethernet interface as media: none, status: inactive. Restarting macOS and reconnecting the USB4 host cable do not reliably restore it.Completely disconnecting the dock from the Mac, AC power and all peripherals for approximately 10 seconds, then reconnecting it restores Ethernet immediately.Is there a firmware update for the RC21-0228, including an unpublished/service firmware, that addresses Ethernet controller lockups? If not, is this a known hardware issue?

I need idea's on what could be causing/making this happen, for the past 5 months I have been having mouse issues where as I'm playing something it just freezes for a moment (when and how long it lasts is random) and it will snap back to where the mouse would have been if it wasn't freezing, to add it will also randomly fully disconnect and I have to manually unplug it and plug it back in, I'll list everything I have tried down below, also the mouse is wired (idk if there is a wireless version)1. in terms of synapse i have reinstalled, tried different versions, made sure I uninstalled everything from it.2. disabled "allow windows to turn this device off to save power" on everything I could find.3. tested different USB ports4. uninstalled, reinstalled, updated mouse drivers from windows and razer and nothing has worked5. clean sensor + the entire mouse6. factory reset the mouse through synapse7. tried different polling rates8. tried the "calibrate mousepad" with synapse9. tested mouse on

Sound is only coming through the left. I have uninstalled synapse, uninstalled drivers, reset audio balance multiple times plugged it in and did all the above and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated. 

so my mouse has been super annoying recently with my middle mouse button having 2 issues plus another. 1 im having dead clicks with it when i press it it usually doesn't work 2 it also phantom clicks itself which has been a HUGE inconvenience as well. 3 for some reason swapping tabs has been a massive issue whenever i click it just tabs back into the previous thing i had up or just doesn't change at all i have no idea what is going on but it has been a huge hassle i could really use some help with it

Mouse: Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed Software Version: 4.0.827 I’ve tried reinstalling, restarting after reinstalling, testing guest mode, and tried switching to Bluetooth instead of the dongle. My wolverine v2 pro start with a issue, first when I start my PlayStation 5, the ps5 recognize the controller but only worked in the main menu of the ps5, after one minute I put my ps controller and start to work normally but when I started to play, the controller start to fail, on the bf6 the controller start to pushing by himself the R2 and, a lot of buttons start with the same issue. After that I update the firmware to the latest version and keep continuing doing the same. And after one hour the control be freezed and then I cant do nothing with that. The pc and the ps5 can’t recognized the controller and still like this after 6 hours

Running windows 11. Tried a fresh install of razor synapse 4 on my PC. Have never had a razor software downloaded on my computer.when I click the downloaded application, it loads for a second, then nothing happens. No error just nothing starts. I do see Razer installer come up under a Task manager process for a few seconds after I click the installer but then it disappears. i tried looking through forums/youtube/walking through with chatgpt but nothing is working. I did all the system admin runs, all the videos and posts about running commands in powershell, etc, etc.  can someone please help

So, my Deathadder V3 Wired suddenly stopped working after unplugging it and plugging again, there’s still the DPi light on but the Windows doesn’t recognize it anymore and I’ve tested the same USB port with my old Deathadder Elite Chroma and it works ok and it’s being recognize by the Windows… no idea what happened since the mouse is ok, the cable is ok and it was working fine.

how do i activate 7.1 sorround sound if i threw out the code not knowing i needed a code to access 7.1. Someone please help.
