Hi,I'm having a reproducible wireless stuttering issue with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate when using the USB port on the Razer Mouse Dock Chroma.I have already isolated the problem with the following tests:Basilisk Ultimate connected directly to the PC via USB cable: works perfectly, no stuttering. Wireless dongle connected directly to a USB port on the PC: works perfectly, no stuttering. Mouse Dock Chroma connected to the PC, with the wireless dongle inserted into the dock: severe and constant mouse stuttering. I tested using the same USB port on the PC during troubleshooting. The dock is positioned directly in front of the mouse, so distance should not be an issue. Synapse detects both the Basilisk Ultimate and the Mouse Dock Chroma correctly. Chroma lighting works correctly on both devices when Synapse is running. The dock charges the mouse normally. I manually updated the Basilisk Ultimate and wireless dongle using the official Razer firmware updater. They are now running firmware 1.0

Game/Chat Balance IssueThe Game/Chat Balance on the OLED Control Hub does not correctly center the actual audio.For example, if I lower Chat and increase Game, pressing the Game/Chat dial correctly returns the indicator to the center and shows a 50/50 balance. Hi Razer Nation!I currently got the Naga V3 Pro and a Hyperspeed dongle.I’d like to report that with the normal 2.4wifi Dongle everything works fine, but when i try to use the hyperspeed dongle the razer profiles don’t work.So all keys are set to their default status. I’ve performed all available software and firmware updates, and i have deepcleaned and reinstalled synapse. it still wont work.

anyone having issues with Basilisk mouse in any version having a hot to touch issue? can't get past Razors ai trouble shooting help

Hi.My laptop (i9-13950hx (B0), 4080, 32gb, Win 11 23H2) is 6 months out of warranty and is suddenly overheating on idle to the point where everything is throttled and basic tasks are too much to handle.I read about the Intel degradation issue a few days ago and figured I’d update everything to the latest drivers and that’s when I noticed the problems. I’ve gotten a lot of CLOCK_WATCHDGO_TIMEOUT BSODs ever since. I tried rolling back Intel and Nvidia drivers, which took many crashes (Nvidia specifically), and now it’s a little more stable (I can browse and maybe watch a Youtube video at the same time). The only thing I can’t rollback is the BIOS update.I did a repaste, but that didn’t change a thing. Sitting at 90-100°c idle. CPU and GPU utilization is nonexistant. I turned on the computer this morning and opened HWMonitor immediately. The temperature was at 68ish. I launched a game to see how fast it heats up and within 20-30 seconds it was at 100°c and throttling to where the game had

I've been getting some extreme stick drift on the Wolverine V3 tournament controller. Its like the stick is fully pulled down and right and it's ruining my gaming... Downloaded latest firmware and Recalibrated multiple times in app but it doesn't help. Can't contact support either because the sticker on the back peeled off and pulled the serial number with it. So frustrating. Any suggestions what I can do? Bought it from Amazon last December but they direct me to Razer for support.

Does the Razer Naga V3 Pro have FrameSync technology

Wolverine V3 TE Edition has weird stutters while using sometimes when aiming in games, it will sorta freeze and hold the last input for a second more than intended, and sorta like input lag or freezing. This is happening on Xbox, and I've tested it on other devices with controller testers; it seems to happen most often with heavy vibration moments. The software is updated to the latest, and I've tried multiple cables as well; same issue. It's hard to explain, but freezing, input lag, or drag is probably the best way to put it.

Bought a huntsman v3 he magnetic 65% a week ago and after setting it up to how i liked with key actuation i noticed whilst playing  some games the a and d key would be pressed as well as escape and crtl and when typing letters would be pressed, After looking into it i changed the actuation to be 1.0mm and still was happening i have full reset the keyboard as well as made sure drivers and the keyboard are fully upto date.Unsure what else i can do to fix it or if i have to return it adn get a new one???  

I lost my razor viper v3 pro wirless dongle.I did some digging and I unfortunately bought the wrong dongle off of amazon.I later found out that I had to reach out to Razor suppourt to get a new one.Could you please help me.

I’m currently using both devices with macOS, but I noticed that the Razer Cobra Wired is not supported or detected in the macOS version of Razer Synapse 4.I would like to ask whether support for the Razer Cobra Wired will be added in a future Synapse update.I also have another question regarding the Razer Synapse web version: Will all Razer devices eventually be supported through the web version?
