My deathadder v3 sensor goes crazy randomly or when i have 8 k poling rate… and i dont know what to do to fix it does any one know how? i bough it from a online store called emag… its real is detected but the sensor goes crazy like doesnt respond or goes every direction when i dont move it...

When i use  my huntsman it will be regisered by my pc the leds are on not in demo mode and wont type i’ve tryed everything i found like reseting, reinstalling drivers, and it isnt something with the usb because i use the usb that comes with it and also i use the same cord as that for my huntsman mini which works perfectly.

My usb dongle suddenly stopped working, when connected via usb it briefly gives a dim green light and then shuts off. Windows has given a “Usb device not recognized” error. I have tried rebooting, reinstalling synapse & drivers, switched usb ports but to no avail. Headset can be used wired and with regular bluetooth mode but the dongle just doesn’t work.

Hello, I bought my Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones last year and I'm trying to activate the 7.1 surround sound.However, when I try to register the activation code, it tells me the product is already registered. I didn't register it.I think the code might have been used previously or there might be a problem with the activation system.I'm not requesting a warranty or repair, just help activating the 7.1 surround sound.I can provide the proof of purchase, serial number, and photos if needed.Could someone from Razer technical support help me resolve this?Thank you.

Hi everyone,I’m having several issues with my Razer Viper V3 Pro and I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced something similar.The mouse randomly disconnects during use (especially in the middle of games), and sometimes the wireless dongle is not detected at all. On top of that, the battery drains much faster than expected.What’s more concerning is that the problem also happens when I use the mouse with a cable, so I don’t think it’s related to the dongle or USB ports. I’ve already tested it on different USB ports and even on another PC, but the issue persists.At this point, it seems like a hardware defect.Has anyone else had this problem? Did you manage to fix it or did you have to RMA it?Thanks in advance.

Hi, i bought  my keyboard (cynosa chroma) from other person and i added wrong purchase date. Can I change the date to the real date when I bought it from that person?

I needed to restore my blade to it’s original factory configuration, I installed linux on it but it just wasn’t for me so I needed to switch back to Windows for a bit. Except the Ubuntu Installer wiped the recovery partition on the drive, and I do not have an original recovery media. I went to the “System Recovery Image Service” on the razer website, logged in with my ID and it said my laptop (Razer Blade Stealth Early 2019) is a legacy device and the images are no longer available, is there a way to retrieve an original recovery image for my blade (don’t really trust downloading it off of a random forum or the Internet Archive honestly).

Hey all,I've had my Basilisk pro v3 from 2023 and have the mouse dock to use it wirelessly, recently I've now had the issue come up that my mouse will turn on and off constantly while the mouse is being used and when looking in synapse can visibly see the mouse connect for a split second, show 100% battery and immediately grey out with the red power symbol in the top right after a second while moving the mouse constantly to keep it out of sleep mode. I have tried everything that other users and support tech’s have suggested. I have tried:uninstalling synapse and reinstalling it updated the firmware on both the dock and the mouse uninstalled every driver on every razer device connected to my pc via the driver cleanup toolSo far none of these have succeeded and my mouse when being used wirelessly still has this issue, I should also note that the included dongle also failed within 2 months of me purchasing th

Goodmorning,Quick scenarioI have a Razer Naga V2 Pro and I am using a HP Omen 27K screen with build in KVM switch. My mouse is connected into this KVM switch. IssueWhenever I double click my Razer mouse the KVM activates and swaps to the other connected device (desktop and laptop connected). Which is really annoying ofcourse because double clicking is rather common action to perform. Troubleshooting steps takenI tested with another laptop connected to my screen and gives the same issue.  I updated all drivers and reinstalled the peripheral. Tested with two other mouses and non of them had the same issues. Made sure no keybinds or macros where installed on the mouse.  Checked and adjusted usb power management settings.

Hello, I recently purchased the Black Shark V3 Pro (White version) headset. I have two questions regarding an issue I’m experiencing. First, it seems that there is no way to connect the headset to my Xbox except through the 3.5mm jack connected to the controller. Is that correct? Second, when I connect it to the controller using the jack, I can hear a faint background noise, and sometimes during gameplay there is a high-pitched buzzing/whistling sound. Is there any solution to fix this issue? Thank you.

Hello,I have been trying to contact support over the last few weeks due to a fault with my Razer Nommo V2 Pro.They have been working great for around a year,  but now seem to be having the same issue as a lot of others online where the speakers and sub can no longer connect. After trying all the suggested solutions wanted to contact Razer themselves. Using their portal tells me they are still in warranty, but when I use the chat feature it comes back and says they have a problem try again later. Is there any other way to contact them? or could someone from Razer reach out to me please. Thanks,

Hello,I have been experiencing a recurring issue with my Mouse Dock Pro. Every time I start or restart my computer, the dock is not recognized and appears disconnected. The only way to make it work is to physically unplug the USB cable from the computer and reconnect it. Once reconnected, the dock is detected under USB devices and works normally.My setup: Windows 11 Home Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Razer Synapse 4 All drivers and firmware updated to the latest versions This behavior occurs consistently on every boot and is quite frustrating, as it requires me to manually reconnect the device each time.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?Thank you in advance for your support.P.S.: I have attached a screenshot from Device Manager showing the situation after startup. I have had this headset for at least 2 years, It's worked fantastically the entire time right up until a few days ago when it stopped connecting. headset works fine with the cable connection, I've tried to use the various utilities to fix it and none them of worked so i went to look for a new dongle online and could find nothing, then i saw other posts of people with the same problem. Can anyone help with solving this issue.

ı have a Razer Opus x Mercury and ı have been use this proudact for 3 years and ı love it so much. its still work so well but some parts have broken. ı can use it but i think its cant go like this forever. ı just want to find some parts but cant .can razer or any one else help me pls? ( as ı said its works, only cosmatic parts are borken. drivers and sound work still almost perfect. )

when ever I play roblox my audio gets really loud then quiet like fluctuations then its turning on thx spatial audio even though it doesn't show it, and its really annoying if anyone has a fix without disabling audio enhancements then please tell. Im using razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed
