Greetings. I bought the Black Shark V2 X headset, but it doesn't include the 7.1 activation code.

I'm from Brazil and I'm having issues buying some game credits since Saturday! All I get is a “too many requests” message when trying to proceed with 2FA. I tried brazilian support but it took hours to talk to someone, and when it was my turn, nothing at all happened.

Whenever I mute my headset with the physical button, the mic gets disabled on synapse, but the volume is set to 0 as well, but when I unmute the volume is still at 0. The issue is very annoying because the only way to fix it is to go to synapse and turn the volume up again. Is this a known issue?Edit: My current synapse version is 2.6.11 and my adapter 2.3.0

Just updated to the latest firmware available on Razer Support for my 2025 Razer Blade 16 and I am now experiencing inconsistant brightness that changes by itself often on Battery and sometimes when Plugged-in. So hard to submit a ticket to Razer Support…… Then the worst is sudden huge performance drop after gaming for about an hour of gaming. Im forced to restart the program to get the original performance. 165fps+ on Overwatch down to only 60-80fps, Dead Space Remake 140fps+ to less than 60fps. Now Im very regret updating the firmware. Anyone know a way to fix this issues or to roll back the Bios etc.Tested Game: Overwatch, Dead Space Remakre, Helldivers 2--- System Specs ---Razer Blade 16 2025 AMD HX 370RTX 509032GB Ram2TB SSD Bought it brand new at Razer Store.

My Razer Basilisk Ultimate the wireless stopped working after I charged it using the USB cord to 100%. When I unplug the USB cord from the Razer Basilisk Ultimate the mouse no longer works but after plugging the USB cord back in, it works. After unplugging the USB cord from the mouse, I checked the bottom of the mouse and the white light dot is on and the on/off switch is on the ON side. Also when I look at my Razer Synapse when the mouse is plugged it shows up but when I unplug it, the mouse goes away. I do have the Razer Synapse to the most recent version. I have tried resetting and turning on/off the mouse and it still does not work. Unfortunately my mouse is no longer under warranty and Razer is no longer able to assist. I am reaching out to the community if anyone can help?

It seems the Razer Support Portal isn't working properly and is just automated by AI, so I'm creating a thread here.I have detected an issue with my new Razer Pro Type Ergo keyboard. The "Switch Off Lighting" feature isn't working properly, while other functions like "Brightness" and "Effects" work fine. The backlight does not turn off according to the set idle timer, even though this feature works perfectly on my other Razer devices.Crucially, the checkboxes and timers within the "Switch Off Lighting" section are completely cleared (reset to off) whenever I close the device tab or click the "Refresh" button in the upper-left corner.I have already updated the firmware, performed a clean reinstallation of Synapse 4, cleared all cached data, and tested the issue across all connection types (Wired, 2.4 GHz, and Bluetooth). I’m using a Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) headset. The mic suddenly stopped working. Windows is still picking up input from the mic, as indicated by the blue volume bar in the Windows sound settings going up when i speak. I can also hear myself completely fine when i turn on "mic monitoring (side tone)" in Razer Synapse which says it allows me to listen to my microphone directly through my headset without any enhancements. But every other mic preview doesnt work, the normal Razer Synapse mic preview, discord, online mic test website, nothing, and no one can hear me speak. When I use bluetooth mode instead it works completely fine, but at a much lower quality, so I want it working with hyperspeed wireless. 

Just bought a Razer Wolverine v3 tournament edition. Unboxed it. Downloaded the razer app on my Xbox. Plugged it in and it wont get picked up by the system . Light flashes green then solid white. But the system doesbt register it. Neither does the app. Can't even use my new controller. I tried different ports. Restarted my Xbox. Nothing works.

Hi!I have a Razer blade 16” 2023 laptop that I haven’t been using over the summer. Today when I tried turning it on nothing happens. I did some research and read something about it being in a deep sleep state to protect the battery, but how do I ”wake” it again?I’ve tried doing the power reset where you hold the power button while it’s charging and then unplug it, but that doesn’t work either. Do you guys have any tips?Thanks!

Dear Razer Community, I am interested in purchasing a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset with splitter, but I have a question about using it on Linux. I understand that Razer Synapse is not supported on Linux, but I am wondering if there is any way to enable the 7.1 surround sound feature on the headset using Wine or another third-party software. In a second option, I am open to other recommendations for headsets that have built-in 7.1 surround sound and that work perfectly with Linux.

I just bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X White Edition 3.5mm headset and it says the product has already been registered. I bought it off AliExpress through an authorized seller, Ive contacted AliExpress too but I would much rather get this 7.1 to work than have a refund. Could anyone be of any help here?

Hi, i have a problem with my wirelless connection. It was working fine until now, when suddenly dongle stopped working. It seems it died. I have bought the mouse from other guy so i probably dont have active warranty. Is there any way to buy a new dongle in Europe (the white one)? Or any troubleshoting what should i try? I was working fine and in second it was gone. I tried other UBS ports 3.0 and 2.0 and still not working. Computer even does not make the connection USB sound.

The mouse can working with usb cable but the can not working with wireless adapter, just happened today when I was playing game, I tried replug the wireless adapter and reset the mouse, nothing happened, the wireless adapter can not be recognized by the computer. I have tried all the self repair steps, but the pc can not recognize the wifi usb adapter so I can not do anything with the usb adapter which the problem is. Btw, this happened on my laptop as well which means the use adapter broke itself :(

Hello I purchase a Razer Blackshark V2 X product, I am not able to access the activation key to use 7.1, when I go to register my product it says that it has already been registered, probably someone must have registered, how do I have access to the key?  

my product number is needs 16 letters or number and when i look under my mouse its 15 letters or numbers ?
