Hello. I recently lost the the dongle to my Razer Wolverine V3 Pro Xbox controller during the chaos of letting paramedics in to help my wife. She is doing OK now :) The dongle got knocked into the floor and then kicked outside. I didn’t realize it was missing until after a major storm came thru my area. I tried drying it thoroughly but it no longer works.   I don’t have the money for a replacement controller due to the associated bills from said emergency. Is there any way I can get a replacement dongle? I would gladly pay a fee+shipping. I can supply a serial number and proof of purchase if needed as well. Thanks!

Hi there I recently purchased a Basilisk V3 Pro 35K, used the Synapse V4 to customise 2 buttons with windows shortcuts (marco). However, if I close the Synapse app or try to use the mouse on my work laptop, the custermisation stopped working. I confirmed I saved the marcos to the profile. Can someone let me know why it does not work?Thanks a lot.

Hello,My Razer Leviathan V2 suddenly stopped working over USB. The speaker no longer enumerates on any PC (Windows 11 and macOS) – no sound, no “Unknown USB Device,” no PID/VID entry. Tried multiple known-good data USB-C cables (USB-A to C and USB-C to C), rear motherboard ports (USB 2.0 / 3.0), different computers, long power disconnect (>10 min), and all documented reset key combos (Source+Vol Down, Vol Up+Vol Down+Power, Source+Power). USB is completely dead.Bluetooth pairing still works (device shows as connected), but there is absolutely no audio output (system meters move, speaker remains silent). Pressing volume buttons while connected causes the Source indicator to turn red and the device becomes unresponsive until power cycled. Firmware updater over Bluetooth reports "up to date" and then asks to connect via USB, which is impossible since USB never enumerates.Conclusion: main MCU / audio DSP or USB interface has failed; I cannot perform a firmware re

I’m using a Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) headset. The mic suddenly stopped working. Windows is still picking up input from the mic, as indicated by the blue volume bar in the Windows sound settings going up when i speak. I can also hear myself completely fine when i turn on "mic monitoring (side tone)" in Razer Synapse which says it allows me to listen to my microphone directly through my headset without any enhancements. But every other mic preview doesnt work, the normal Razer Synapse mic preview, discord, online mic test website, nothing, and no one can hear me speak. When I use bluetooth mode instead it works completely fine, but at a much lower quality, so I want it working with hyperspeed wireless. 

I bought a $340 Razer Gold Gift Card today. I noticed the Pin no. on the card had a black background and silver numbers which was different from past cards which had a white background and black numbers.  When an attempt was made to use the card, a message came back “invalid PIN number. For further assistance please contact Customer Support with your pins proof of purchase. “  The card number was 6363-1030-4403-0380-667. The PIN number was 80783179464868. Can you tell me what the issue is and what can be done to recover this card since it is needed now. Card was purchased Friday May 24th around 10 am at Home Depot in Sebastian, Florida. I have copies of receipts, cards, etc.If there is a better place to get answers please let me know.

Bluetooth/wireless works perfectly (except for discord on bluetooth audio quality and mic quality becomes horrible) But when i try to connect it to the dongle it doesn’t work my dongle is plugged in and the synapse software recognizes it as turned off my headset has the green light flashing but it doesn’t seem to connectfirmware updated btw

Hello, I bought my Razer Basilisk mouse on December 20, and I'm experiencing intermittent lag with it. When I move it, I sometimes get a delay, and then it goes back to normal 0.5 seconds later... It's quite annoying because it was working fine until then. The mouse is up to date, and this started happening this morning. Even after removing Synapse, the problem persists. I was planning to send it back if the problem continues because it's impossible to play or work with it like this. My old Naga Trinity doesn't do this. 

I am experiencing intermittent connection issues with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023).At times, the audio briefly cuts out or disconnects for a moment and then reconnects.When this happens, the sound level may suddenly change, and I occasionally hear brief static or distortion.I have already tried the following:- Clean installation of GPU drivers- Removing SteelSeries GG and other third-party audio software- Disabling Windows audio enhancements and exclusive mode- Testing different USB ports and positions for the wireless dongleThe issue still occurs.Please advise on further troubleshooting steps or whether this could be a hardware-related issue.

Hello I purchased this mouse along with the hyperpolling rechargeable dock and battery less than 8 months ago. I dont use it at all becuase I cannot make use of the extra side button. The two side buttons are great except one no longer clicks correctly. But the third button I cannot keybind to anything. My other deal breaker is the scroll wheel. I cannot click the scroll wheel like lets say my hyperspeed. This is super dissapointing ive tried alot of different ways to fix it and can never come up with a solution. For a mouse that I almost spent 200$ on I expected more. Can I please get some help? I really need to be able to utilize this expensive paper weight lol S/N: 

I have a Razer Core X with physical damage to the main board. I first contacted Razer customer support and told them what happened and asked if they could provide me a board schematic showing just the damaged area so i could repair it. They said no and proceeded to set me up an out-of-warranty repair RMA. This costs a flat $95 to ship them the board and get me repair quote. I have asked at least 5 times on our last few emails asking 2 specific questions that that simply do not answer. I dont know if its not really a human replying to my emails, or if there is possibly a language barrier, or if i just keep getting different idiots that chooses to respond to me.  Here were my two simple questions… Can i just buy a new main board and how much is it?     What is the maximum repair cost possible for my main board?They never respond about buying a new board outright. I’ve been using a Razer Core X Chroma for a number of years. Just now, I shuffled it around while dealing with some cords, and it suddenly stopped being responsive with my computer. I tried switching to a different cable (USB-C Thunderbolt), and still, no response. Then I tried with a different laptop and still no response. The fans turn on when I connect it to a laptop, but other than that, there’s no power or ethernet or monitor connection happening. Since this issue arose when I was shuffling things around, could there be damage to the USB-C port? Has anyone experienced this before? I’m using Windows 11 on a Dell XPS 13 9310 (the other laptop that I tested is an Asus Zenbook 14 UX3405), and a Dell monitor connected by Displayport, and a Radeon RX Vega GPU.

I bought the Razer Opus X on June 4th and a few days ago all of the sudden it didnt turn on anymore and when i put it on charge the light doesnt turn on, tried it with different cables, also tried to do the reset but nothing. its the 2nd headset that does that, how can i fix that or what even is the issue there? Thank you!

I got this Razer Seiren X V2 from a friend who recently upgraded to a new mic. Im wondering if the analogue gain limiter and high pass filter features are automatically on or do i have to download razer synapse? I am trying to limit the things I install in my PC to save space and avoid the PC from slowing down, but also have good audio because I can get a bit loud and my room has a noisy ass fan.

Yesterday the mouse kept pausing in movement, scroll, button clicks, nothing consistently worked.  I checked the battery, it was about 50%.  I plugged the mouse in to charge but also continued to use it as a wired mouse.  Once fully charged, I went back to the wireless usb, but it continued to be inconsistent.  I tried searching if I needed any updates, but it shows everything is up to date.  I’ve restarted the computer a couple times, I’ve shut down and started a couple times, tried doing this with usb and with mouse wired, nothing seems to help.  I had the Synapse open and noticed it kept disconnecting and reconnecting.  I made sure the mouse is in 2.4GHz mode, and I’ve tried pairing a couple times.  Searched this support for other similar issues only to find, this seems to be a recurring issue with multiple products that is never resolved and most users are suggesting not to waste money on Razer.  I’m very disappointed with how short term this mouse has lasted especially consider

Was on the desktop screen when a notification came up “USB Power Surge “. After that message my keyboard isn’t responding to anything. But the Caps, Macros, Scroll lock and Game mode lights are still always on(I don’t have RGB on the keyboard). My PC stopped seeing it and synapse too. Tested all USB ports they’re working fine.  Tried hard resetting Esc+Caps and Esc+Caps+Space didnt work. Please help. Have no idea, is it a PC problem or the keyboard got fried.(((

The USB-C ports on my Razer 15 2022 laptop have stopped working out of the blue.I plugged my Razer dock in a PC laptop and a MacBook and it works just fine.I plugged each of the external displays in the USB-C ports and no luck.I re-installed Windows and no improvement.Very expensive laptop and such disappointment!Any idea how to fix this?Thanks.

The mouse is detected by the PC and the LED is on, but the sensor suddenly stopped tracking completely during normal use.The cursor no longer moves at all, while the mouse buttons are still working correctly.The mouse has never been dropped or physically damaged.The issue appeared suddenly after about 2 years of normal use.
