Hi Razer Support,I have a Razer Naga Chroma (see model referenced above) and it seems the #2 key on the device has stopped registering the #2 button. Before it stopped responding, it was starting to almost act like it was stuck. This was tested using Notepad and we watched the mouse produce every possible number/symbol bound accordingly and then nothing is happening with the #2. When it was stuck it would do a string of 2s, but now it just does nothing. What can we do or are we just out of luck?We’ve been lifelong Razer supporters and have had nothing but Razer Naga’s since your first ones. :)Thanks in advance,Erik

Hi, I bought a Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed headset in-store on September 22. I still have the box, but I declined the receipt and don’t have it.The headset works Perfectly with Razer Synapse, but I recently tried to turn on 7.1 Surround Sound Feature and was asked for an activation code. I checked the surface of the box, but couldn’t find anything explaining that I would need to keep the receipt to activate this feature.Could you tell me how I can get an activation code? I can provide the headset’s serial number and the purchase date, and I have the transaction in my banking app if that helps. I’d appreciate any way to verify the purchase and activate the feature. Man I miss the days where you could plug and play.

I Installed Razer BlackShark V3 Pro Firmware Updater | RZ04-0540x and now the dongle just disconnects and reconnects I just got the headset today 

i lost email access to my old email and need to change it, i want to make a purchase but want my account all in order first 

I have an annoying problem with razor cortex.   Everytime I run a game, I get a popup saying that “Microsoft Edge can’t read and write to its data dictionary,  and then the path to c:\users\username\AppData\Local\Razer\Razer Cortex\UICache\11.11.0.7\Main\EBWebView.   The issue is the the username is not the current user but the computer admin account.   Where can I find the setting to correct this path to the correct user account?   I have been running Cortex for a while without any issues but recently I had to reinstall my computer and this has been happening ever since.   I am running Windows 11.   I think there’s a legacy setting somewhere that is referring to the previous install but I don’t know (and can’t find) where this is set.   I tried reinstalling Cortex but no luck.

Hey everyone, I have the 2025 Blade 16 (Ryzen AI 9, RTX 5070 Ti). When I turn the dGPU off and only use the integrated AMD graphics, I get a mild flickering on the screen. it happens on low brightness without me touching anything.Is this just how the panel behaves, or is there a fix? I'm thinking about sending it in for warranty, but I don't want to if a BIOS or driver update will fix it.

Hi,The wireless dongle for my Razer Viper V2 Pro has stopped working. It isn't detected by the PC at all: no connection sound and nothing in Device Manager, on any USB port, with or without the extender. The mouse works fine wired, and the mouse firmware and Synapse are up to date.The mouse is out of warranty (bought in Oct 2023), but I'd like to know if you have a replacement dongle in stock that I could get, and at what cost. Hello, I have secure boot violation screen after latest windows updates and ts giving me ragebaits from time to time. Is there any fix for this or have razer made some BIOS update ? Thank you so much for any files, tips and help.  

Ever since updating to the latest firmware, my Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Mini 65% (8kHz) has been becoming completely unresponsive every 1–2 hours during gameplay.All key inputs stop registering entirely, though the RGB lighting stays turned on. I tried doing an onboard hard reset (Esc + Caps + Space while reconnecting), but the issue remains. The only temporary fix is physically unplugging and replugging the USB cable every time it freezes.I have already tried: Switching to different USB ports Disabling all USB power-saving features in Windows Device Manager and Power Options Completely reinstalling Windows They replaced my keyboard with a new one, but the same problem occurred as soon as they updated the firmware. Razer Synapse installation failed. 

Thermal Behavior: Clearly the mouse disconnects only when the dongle physically warms up (after approximately 5 minutes), and pairing successfully resumes immediately only after allowing the dongle to cool down. Firmware Evidence: Successfully updated the mouse to the latest firmware version (1.05.00) as verified by the updater software. Port Isolation: Tried to isolate the dongle by testing it on separate ports (including the top IO panel of the tower away from exhaust heat) to rule out ambient computer heat or port-specific bugs. Wired Isolation Check: The mouse works flawlessly without a single disconnect when plugged in directly via the USB-C cable, proving the mouse itself is fine and isolating the defect entirely to the wireless receiver hardware.  History: Mouse and Dongle have worked fine for many years, very recent change in behavior. Mouse immediately enters pairing (white flashing light x2) when dongle dies. 

I lost the USB-C dongle for my kraken V4, I read a past form and it said that I could reach out to a representative so they could check inventory. Any help would be wonderful.

Hi, I have a Razer Blade 15 Base (Early 2020), model RZ09-0328 / product RZ09-03287G22.My current BIOS version is 1.02.When Secure Boot is enabled, the laptop fails to boot and shows:“Secure Boot Violation – Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup.”If I disable Secure Boot, Windows 11 boots normally.I downloaded the official BIOS 1.06 updater from Razer. Hello, I really hope someone can help me, as I'm so frustrated with Synapse and the razer products.I love the quality of the products themselves, and if everything was running smoothly, I couldn't imagine using any other products.Sadly, though, since I bought the BlackShark V2 Pro, I have encountered problems every day. Razer Synapse no longer starts on startup and none of my settings are activated.They show that they are activated, but I always have to turn them on individually so that they are actually activated.If I don't do this, the mic quality is poor and the sound settings are also poor.It's not just once; it happens every time I start up my PC, or sometimes even when I leave Discord, for example. All the settings change back to 'vanilla'. I have a new Razer headset registered to my Razer ID, and I received a new 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. However, my account already has an old 7.1 license activated from a previous headset that is now broken. The application does not give me any option to remove the old license or enter the new code. How can I activate the new code on the same Razer ID?

This issue has been posted on this forum before, by numerous others, over a year ago, but is still present. Wolverine V3 Pro charging rate fluctuates between .3-.7 watts, versus 3 watts when it was released. This causes chargers to sometimes falsely believe the controller is fully charger, and shut off. It takes well over 24 hours to charge the controller even from 50%. Sometimes you can let it charge for days on end and will still not be fully charged. I hope Razer is looking into this and not ignoring their customers as it seems now. I fear the Wolverine V4 Pro is going to mean no more updates for the V3, even though firmware is whats broken these units. Paid $200 for a controller that won’t even charge correctly. 

i have hypershift key bound to regular shift and when i try to use it it acts like it doesnt exist and only uses whatever key i have bound on my first action bar

Hi, Today, September 9, 2026, the button responsible for Command Dial Horizontal Scrolling started adjusting the keyboard’s brightness instead of scrolling horizontally when I turned the knob. In Synapse 4, I enabled only the horizontal scrolling function, but the problem persists. Attempting a reset and creating new custom modes did not help. It seems as though the knob/Command Dial itself has gotten stuck on adjusting the brightness. Please help.
