Whenever Synapse auto-switches to an App Profile I created myself (e.g. for vivaldi.exe or explorer.exe), the mouse DPI jumps to 1600. When it switches back, the DPI returns to my custom value. The same happens with every other app profile that I added myself.Apps that only use Razer's pre-installed profiles (Chrome, Teams, Office, Adobe) do not cause the jump.What I found (from the Synapse logs in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Razer\RazerAppEngine\User Data\Logs)- Every App Profile I created contains a dpiStages block with the factory defaults: stages 400/800/1600/3200/6400, "active":3, "enable":false. Hello Razer Support,I'm experiencing an identical middle-click (scroll-wheel click) issue with two separate Razer Naga Hex V2 mice (Model RZ01-0160).Both mice function normally in every other respect, including scrolling, left/right clicking, and programmable buttons. However, physically pressing the scroll wheel does not register as Mouse Button 3 / Middle Click / Scroll Click in Windows, Google Chrome, or World of Warcraft.Both mice have normal physical and audible clicking feedback when the scroll wheel is pressed.Troubleshooting already performed: Tested both Razer mice in Chrome, World of Warcraft, and an online mouse-button tester. Hi,Just bought the Viper v4 pro and noticed a slight wobbling on left mouse button. Is this just designed play or a defect?  Own a Viper v3 pro and the button's are tight with barely any play.

Has there been some kind of policy update that states theres no warranty on razer products purchased through amazon? When my basilisk mouse was having issues with the scrollwheel stuck in freespin they had no problem giving me a shipping label and working towards getting me a new mouse. But now that my boyfriend is having a completely unresponsive Huntsman Keyboard that is being recognized as a controller and they wont do anything. They told him that they cant do anything when its purchansed through amazon. This is ridiculous considering the seller on amazons page is razer. Im just confused, both of us bought our products on amazon and yet now they are saying that hes SOL cuz its from amazon?! this is absurd!!

Hello I have delicate problem. My new mouse Basilisk v4 pro. I am able to assign 'perfect 180' to any button but after few about minute this assigned button stop working.. Only solution is to turn off mouse and on again then its again work for minute ... Also when its stop working ... If I press same time right mouse button, and Small button on left mouse button with one of the side button AI prompt will pop in.. I know it sounds weird but that is what is happening... If i turn off mouse and then on.. AI prompt wont pop in after pressing these 3 buttons. And Perfect 180 is working... (for minute) Any ide4a what is going on?  UPDATE : when Synapse 4 is turned off in PC no problem at all and Perfect 180 keep working...

I'm honestly getting frustrated with this.I own a Razer Kraken V4 Pro, a premium gaming headset that Razer currently sells for €449.99, and I'm experiencing a ridiculous issue with Razer Synapse.After starting Windows, Synapse frequently fails to detect the headset.And here's the frustrating part:- The headset is connected via Razer HyperSpeed Wireless (2.4 GHz).- Windows recognizes both the Game and Chat audio devices.- Audio playback works perfectly fine.- The OLED Control Hub is powered on and functioning normally.- But Razer Synapse acts as if the headset doesn't exist.As a result, I can't access my EQ settings, haptic settings, or any other device configuration in Synapse.Restarting Synapse does absolutely nothing.The ONLY way to get Synapse to recognize the headset again is to physically disconnect the OLED Control Hub from USB and reconnect it.After that, everything immediately works as expected.But seriously, Razer?HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE FOR A HEADSET THAT COSTS €450?I shouldn'

I am an online teacher and I use the camera regularly. It always worked perfectly, but yesterday it has been making a clicking sound and turning off or disconnecting. Nothing has worked, not even reinstalling the cam, updating the drivers, or even changing the pc. The problem remains: the camera activates for a few seconds and then makes a clicking sound and disconnects. I tried changing the settings on the browser and it works for 2 seconds and powers off again after the clicking sound. I see many people with the same problem and I haven't been able to find a possible solution. Furthermore, Razer has not commented on the matter. I would love a real solution on the matter as it is obviously a recognized situation from the company and the users.

Good day all!I have an issue with the mouse of my son - Razer Basilisk v3 X Hyperspeed. Unfortunately he lost the dongle at the highscool, we tried to connect via bluetooth, but it doesn't work. At the store they also confirmet it doesn't connect as well. As it is in guarantee, theyve sent it for service, but from the authorised Razer service denied to honour the guarantee, as they can't connect it for testing :-)Is there a way to help me with the situation?
