Hi there, O have the headset blackshark v3 pro playstation edition, and I tried to connect them to my ps5, it doesn t work with the dongle, I can connect them with the cable, and it works, but the second i switch to wireless dongle, it connects to the ps5, but i have no sound, everything was checked correctly 100% no doubt about that, I tried firmware update, ps5 data reinstall, clear cache, everything, the dongle just doesn t work, does anybody has any ideea how to connect the heaset wireless to ts PS5? 

got a kraken X Lite headset today, downloaded synapse 4 and logged into it perfectly fine. However, when logging in to surround sound 7.1, it says: “no authentication found” even though its the same account and credentials as the account linked to synapse 4. What's the fix to this?

Hi I have a leviathan v2 subwoofer, and while I was cleaning my set up I dropped my soundbar and the cords prongs connecting the sub to the soundbar broke off and I can’t find a replacement please help.

Hi everyone,I'm troubleshooting an S3 Sleep issue on my Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2020 (RZ09-0330 / RZ09-03304E42) and I've managed to narrow it down quite a bit.The problem:When I select Start → Power → Sleep, the display turns black, but the laptop never fully enters S3. The fans remain running, the green status LED keeps flashing, and the laptop will not wake. Ive had my kraken v4 headset for about a month and a half. I am being forced to use the game audio for EVERY audio output when i want to have discord set to chat audio. The reason for this is whenever changing discord to use chat audio when audio comes from discord after a few seconds all audio from the headset will cease, i can easily replicate this by changing the output and spamming my mute key which will cut it out. I have updated the headset and dongle firmware, and disabled all exclusive settings,  i saw a few people on here talk about something similar, but not exact a few months ago, does anyone have a solution?

A little over a year ago, I had my 2021 Blade 17 repaired for multiple issues, among them screws popping out of the bottom (which I learned was a symptom of a swollen battery). Even with the warranty expired, it cost less to repair the machine than to buy a new one, so I sent it in. When I got it back, it seemed as though every issue had been fixed; I was satisfied. However, as I returned to using it, I noticed that the battery life had substantially decreased. Now, the screws are popping off again - something that took four years to happen the last time (as opposed to the one after it was repaired). I could send it in for repairs again, but if the problem with my computer can’t be fixed, it’s difficult to see the point in it. What exactly am I to do here?

Hi guys, I’ve bought the newly released razer huntsman v3 tkl and after 2 days of use I’ve noticed the following:Delay in key pressing (in-game), mostly “A” and “D”. I’ve noticed it as well with “W” ”D” key is making a different noise (more clicky/plastic) than the all of the other keys. Random inputs of “ESC” key.My current settings for WASD are:0.8mm Actuation 0.4mm Rapid TriggerAll other keys have 1.8mm actuation (including “ESC”)I’ve updated the keyboard’s firmware since day 1 of ownership as Synapse asked for it.I’ve already tried changing the settings, restarting synapse, restarting pc. The issue still persists.I’ve noticed a lot of people complaining about the same issues here in the forum. 

I just found the original Best Buy order confirmation. The mouse was purchased for me by my partner on December 26, 2025. It is a Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse in White, and the order number is [removed by moderator] .Recently, the right mouse button stopped working properly. Since it was purchased less than a year ago, I believe it should still be covered under warranty. Could you please help me with the warranty claim or replacement process? I can provide the Best Buy proof of purchase if needed.

I tried to forcefully software update my razer edge android from android 12 that is on, through the developer options in settings. However i’m now stuck in fastboot mode device state locked. I’ve tried recovery mode and it doesn’t work doesn’t even go on it. I’ve tried holding down the power and volume buttons to try factory reset and nothing happens. Please help what should i do in stuck.

My Razer Edge wifi just stopped working in a middle of a game then it is now stuck on FastBoot with Device state - locked.Whatever choice I choose it just boot to the fastboot mode again.Is this fixable or should I just through this thing away and get a better device from a better vendor?

Hello, I have a question that could not find any support document online.  Currently i have JORO keyboard. Which has hyperspeed wireless connection capability but i do not have any dongle which come with it. Also i have a Barracuda Pro headset which has type c dongle. May i use them together? Can Joro use Barracuda's dongle? If not, should i choose mouse for this?Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical, does this mouse solve my problem? Thank you in advance

I just got my Huntsman V3 Pro TKL and it seems to have an issue. When playing rocket league, I used to just be able to play by plugging in the controller. Now, I can’t play because it forces me into a 2 Player splitscreen version. I have tried many things to fix this (disabling HID game devices) but nothing has worked. I need help with using my controller with making a 2 player game.

When I play games (especially indie games from itch.io), my Huntsman V2 analogue is recognized as a controller even if all my keys are on their default keyboard settings. It causes the camera to move diagonally (towards the upper right corner) constantly. Unplugging my Huntsman fixes the problem and plugging a basic keyboard allows me to play the games normally, but I would like to be able to use my 300$ keyboard.(I dont have any controller plugged to my pc, and unlike other people posting about this issue, my problem is not that I cant use my xbox controller)Is there any way to make my games recognize my keyboard as a normal keyboard?

The wireless dongle for my Razer Barracuda Pro headset got bent, and the USB-C is now no longer stable enough to plug in. I was wondering if there is a way to replace this component?I see that you can buy a replacement dongle for the Razer BlackShark. Would that happen to function with the Barracuda Pro, or do I need one specifically for my headset?

Hello, I am having issues with what seems to be a common issue. I am facing a Secure Boot Violation which is preventing me from doing a secure boot. I found this page, however the usb did not show up as a boot option. All the other pages I have found here do not provide a solution but move to DMs. Can anyone help me with how to solve this problem?
