Hello, I was hacked and do not have access to the email that was associated with my account anymore. I am still logged into my Razer however and have all of the information, I just can’t change the email as the verification email gets sent to the compromised email. 

Hello Team I have updated my Razer Blade 14 2025 laptop’s MCU and EC to latest July 2026 versions. When I run the BIOS updater, it opens fine and runs a progress bar very fast, then restarts the PC, and BIOS is still my current 1.01 version. No error messages. I’m on Win11 Pro and have disabled all Windows Hello options (Bitlocker was already off). Please help

Controller will not register with xbox. Does absolutely nothing. Changes the volume on TV though. Works steam on computer but will no work with my Xbox series s. Help me before I get rid of the controller. 

I have had NUMEROUS issues with this. I have even gone through Razer Support and gotten the same model keyboard replaced through the warranty department because I thought it was a product malfunction. I have had this issue for more than a year. It happened so many times with the last keyboard that unplugging and plugging the keyboard back in caused the keyboard lightning to blink constantly and become 100% unresponsive.I don’t know what else to do. It happens with the new keyboard too and the only thing that fixes it seems to be unplugging it and plugging it back in (which will ultimately cause it to break again).I have:Turned OFF Dynamic Lighting in Windows Turned off ‘Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power’ for all Root Hub USB 3.0 under Universal Serial Bus Controllers. This message is to the Razer Company. Ever since the last razer synapse update my Razer Freyja’s haptics has stopped working (my freyja is not broken). I’ve done everything in my power to fix this issue, even sending my freyja to you guys for a replacement just to get the new one and have the SAME ISSUE! Upon further inspection I’ve come to the conclusion that this is a software issue and many others also have the same problem. We all spent our hard earned money to support your company as well as enjoy this unique experience  and we think its only fair your create an update ASAP to address and solve this major issue. Please response in a timely fashion to inform us of your plans to fix this. Please don’t earn a bad rep off of a simple fix. 

i just bought my first headset from razor willing to try the 7.1 surround, while trying to register my headset to get the  code its telling me “This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support.” 

Hello  everyone and Razer support!I have  a Razer Barracuda wireless headset for more than two years. After the first year of usage, the plastic started to crack. The headset wasn't dropped or something like this.I`m not asking about a warranty but I`d like to know if Razer has replacement part for this. Or maybe any suggestion to this issueThanks  

Hi guys.I just bought brand new  Viper v4 pro two days ago. It smoothy until today, I updated Firmware for dongle and mouse by curious. And…. the mouse start freeze. Is there any way to get back the Factory firmware ? I tried hard reset by holding power button for 10-20 secs on RD and it seem didnt work. 

So I got this backpack in christmas 2024, and for the past year or so, I saw that the rubber that goes above the zipper has ben losing the glue, this stops me from just opening and closing easily, because the thing from the zipper that moves it get stuck underneth.I really love this backpack, however it has been really painful to use in the last year or so.Just now I decided to write it  bc I wasnt going to school as frequently before and now i am going to be studying full time, and this problem really annoys me.I would like to know if anyone have the same problem, and what you did to solve, or if doesn’t have any fixes.

I’m having the same issue as in these threads:  If I have discord open and I’m in a call, it mutes the game channel. I cannot get it to work and unfortunately since the razer support people just lock the threads instead of answering the question I’m still stuck.

this is my 2nd headset and both makes a connecting and disconnecting noise.   I cant get it to stop i have tried everything.  its a jack plug in in the front of the pc is how its wired.

Ive been having issues with my Razerblade 15 booting up in secure boot almost every time. I recently figured out how to turn it off, but it keeps turning itself back on. When I did finally get back into my laptop briefly, razer central did’t let me log in in any way. If I log in with razer I get ‘suspicious login attempt’ because my location is different from where my laptop was last working and if I log in with google it says, ‘no authentication found’. Razer central wants me to update but won't let me without logging in, I feel like I'm stuck in a loop. Haven't been able to use my laptop in months.

So I bought the blackshark v3 against my better jugmeant because of problems with razer products in the past. I have withing minutes noted a bug or maybe its two, First there is no dedicated custom selection for the EQ, which means I have to edit one of the preexisting ones, not a good start, so I spent around 20 mins altering the Game EQ till it was how I liked, just as I was near completing it my phone rang so I pressed the not very smart button to switch to bluetooth because for some reason in dual mode the person on the phone couldnt hear me, switching to BT and they could now hear me. So I then pressed the not so smart button again to switch to wireless mode and in doing so must have not double pressed fast enough and it change the EQ to default mode. Not a biggy you say just dbl press it till its back to game EQ you know the one I spent 20 mins editing?, yeah well when I did that it wiped all my settings out and reset them to default Game EQ. Honestly who comes up with these STUP

Hi so about 6 months ago my Razer ultimate mouse (RC30-030501) my dongle stopped working. I didnt think much of it rather than its a software issue and it could be resolved that way. I had a kid around that time too so i didnt have much time to resolve it. Turns out, the dongle is bent and kind of burnt? It has melted a little and warped the black plastic where it says “2.4” also the metal piece was stuck inside the pc port so i had to get it out. I tried once again to download the Firmware software but it didnt work. Does it really have a unique pairing to the dock and i cant just buy a dongle off the internet and call it a day? Money is kinda tight right now so buying a whole new mouse is not it. 

When I connect it with 3.5mm jack it works just fine but when i try to connect with dongle it doesnt work, i never had this issue before, it started maybe 2 months ago, at first it was needed to wait only few days for itself to fix the issue but now i waited almost 2 weaks and the issue still persist. I tried updating software through synapse but it says the device is turned off or need to be connected  via 2.4 Ghz (it is turned on) and also the pairing utility which also doesnt work and everytime says it failed.

was updating the firmware after it stopped being recognized randomly and now no lights and it wont connect to my pc. idk what to do.

hi. I perchused the headphones not even a couple days ago and tried connecting them via blue tooth to my PC. im new to the gaming hardwear area, and asked my husband if he could fix it sadly to no avail. my settings seem correct from what i can tell, but ive just been watching youtube videos on it so im not sure how credible that is. The audio seems to be very glitchy no matter what device i try and connect it to. i no longer have the box for the number and im at a loss. could someone pls try and help me out i was really hoping these would work its such a cute desighn and i love the rest of the collection so far no problems with LITTERALLY any other device from this collection except the heaad set. thank you for taking the time to read this i really appreciate your time                       --Kiwwi

Recently purchased blackshark v3 pro for my ps5  on July 17 2026 and dongle is no longer working. Can it be fixed? Or replaced under a warranty? Love the headset but Bluetooth no longer connects to ps5.

Hi, just got this mouse, and all is good.I would however like to switch the positions of the back and forward buttons, but it seems that function is not available for remapping? (those two functions don't appear as options to choose)Is this correct?

I can't set up my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Xbox for PC. I'm running the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox app. While the dongle is in USB mode, the app launches. As soon as I switch the dongle to the Xbox for setup, the app closes and won't open again. How can I set up these headphones? Why isn't it supported in Synapse? I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. What kind of technology can't be configured?!

Hi Razer,I recently found my old Razer Viper Ultimate mouse in storage but I cannot find the wireless USB dongle. I have several other Razer mice all with their USB dongles:Razer Deathadder V2 ProRazer Deathadder V3 Pro but I wanted to also get my Viper Ultimate running wirelessly again as I like the shape. Any chance for a USB dongle replacement as I’m not keen to buy something from Aliexpress? Regards 

Hello, I think the dongle for my Viper Ultimate is dying/dead. Noticed today that the mouse was registering movement/clicks for a few seconds followed by a second or two of nothing and repeating. This occurred regardless of USB port plugged into or whether it was connected to my laptop or my PC. Thought to try connecting the mouse with the cable and it works properly when using the wired connection. After finding some other threads about this I followed the instructions of updating firmware and the firmware updater goes to 100% for the dongle then seems to reset and go back to update needed. It never registers the update as successful or goes on to updating the mouse. Is there any way I can get a replacement dongle and if there is can I still get the pink one so everything matches?
