I recently received my Razor Core X v2 and couple it with complete new purchased components:Corsair RM750x (750Watt PSU - Probably overkill for what it’s worth)Asus Geforce RTX 5070 ti 8GB (PRIME-RTX5060TI-O8G)Once all the power was connected (Wall to PSU) PSU to Mainboard inside Razor Chasis and the GPU connected to the PCIe slot + 1*8 power Connector, I connected the USBC cable to my Thunderbolt 4/USB4 capable Lenovo Laptop and powered on the Razer Chassis, NOTHING! maybe a slight movement from the fan (like 1 8th turn).Now if I disconnect the power and remove the GPU Power and the GPU and power on the Razer Chassis the Razor Core X v2 WILL POWER ON… and it delivers power to my laptop. (Yoga 7 2-in-1 14IML9 - Type 83DJ)I’m taking the Razor X Core v2 to a friends place today to connect an older PCIe card to the PCIe slot to see if that makes any difference… if it powers on and we have power to the GPU I will continue troubleshooting to see if the Card was DOA by taking it to a Store o

I have a Tartarus v2 (RZ07-0227) that ive used for the last few years, hadnt had any issue with it at all. I saw on the synapse that 3 was being retired for 4 and i bit the bullet. fully uninstalled 3 downloaded and installed 4, plugged it in and it lights up fine so i didnt play anything right away so i just thought all was normal. finally went to played something later that night and only buttons 17-20, the scroll wheel and the dpad work. synapse doesnt recognize any of the buttons or even the profile change button. i uninstalled 4 and reinstalled 3, tried on my laptop and rog ally. nothing has fixed the issue. what can i do?

I am experiencing a strange issue with my Razer Huntsman V3 HE  (65%). Out of nowhere, the keyboard completely stops responding to any key presses, and no inputs are sent to my PC. However, the RGB backlighting is still fully turned on and working.Here is what I have tried so far: Reconnected the USB cable directly to a USB port (bypassing hubs). Restarted Razer Synapse and checked for software conflicts. Performed a hard reset. Unfortunately, the issue still happens randomly.

I've had this mouse for about 4 months now and it will not charge... anyone else have this issue? I've tried just about everything to try and fix it.

I lost my Dongle in a move for a blackshark v3 pro. I ordered a new one and am trting to get them to pair. I have used razers software to update without any luck. I’ve tried different usb hubs, hard wire. Reset computer. headset does not register on synapse, even connected wired.  I thought upgrading firmware might help but I can not update firmware without pairing it seems. Please help. 

Recently just bought the blackwidow v4 75%. The manual says fn ctrl and num changes the lighting pattern, but mine doesn't do anything at all. Also, I have noticed that when holding down fn, my ctrl does not glow white.Please help.

Since the recent firmware update my keyboard will randomly stop working lights are on but no keys work . Unplugging and plugging back in brings it back for a few min then same thing . What is the fix ? I'm about to return this and just go with a different brand .

The previous version (Razer Tartarus Pro) had a spacebar below your thumb (button 20). This was used to either jump or sprint in FPS games and is one of the most important buttons on the device. The position of the spacebar under the thumb allows to move with the WASD key while holding the sprint key or jump and the same time. Instead we are now expected to use our thumb with the the analog thumbstick for WASD movement instead of the spacebar for jump/sprint. The issue with that is that most games do not allow mixing of keyboard keys and gamepad axis/buttons. They will in some cases switch profile (with many issues) or in most cases not work at all, so basically the analog thumbstick is useless for most games. Additionally the analog joystick is rotated 90° counter-clockwise. So now we miss one of the essential keys on the device and it has been replaced by a thumbstick that can’t be used in most games and on top is badly implemented, making sure we can never use it. Hi, I’ve been looking to buy the Razer Phantom White Keycap Upgrade Set, but I can’t find it being sold anywhere. The only way it seems I can get these keycaps is by purchasing a keyboard and choosing to have them fitted. Where can I get these Phantom keycaps in white? 

I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro headset; I'm entering the serial number to get the activation code, but it's not working. Could you help me?

I recently updated my headset and dongle to the latest firmware, 1.4.4. After that, the dongle no longer works. My headset can still connect to my computer over Bluetooth. I tried the pairing utility, that didn’t fix the issue.

As the title clearly states, my wireless dongle is broken after I have updated both it and the headset to the 1.4.4 firmware. Before a trolling razer rep starts asking insulting questions like “have you tried turning it on and off again?”, yes I have tried every single possible thing, including completely formatting my PC and reinstalling everything, trying the headset and dongle on many different PCs, and all other nonsensical things you could think about asking me; the headset itself works when cabled and with bluetooth, but audio via dongle is dead. I can even input commands via the wireless dongle like changing the volume and pausing videos, it’s just the audio that never gets through. You just bricked my 250€ headset with a firmware update, that’s it.I will be returning the overpriced pieces of crap and never ever buy another razer product again. This post is just to inform people with the same headset to NOT update to the latest firmware.

Hello I was on the forum and saw a reply that caught my attention as I am currently facing the same issue. I have a Razer Blade 15 from 2019 that I would like to restore and it needs a new battery as the original is swollen and I need a replacement charger. I was wondering if you could possibly assist me. I would much rather prefer buying an original part from Razer as opposed to a 3rd party aftermarket replacement. The Serial number is RZ09-0300E92. Thank you and have a great rest of your day ! :)

As of this morning 9/22/2026 my D-Pad on my Razor Tartarus Pro is no longer working in games.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

My battery dies as soon as I take it off the charger I really need a replacement and can’t afford to send it in for services is there a diy solution thanks ahead of time 

Good afternoon,My Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse dongle stopped responding out of the blue. I’ve had this dongle plugged into my motherboard usb slot w/ a clear line of sight to the mouse for 3 years since purchase. I tried repairing it w/ the pairing utility, reinstalling mouse drivers, factory resetting my mouse, & tried w/ the dongle plugged into my work laptop; no luck. Updating the firmware for both my Mouse & Dongle claims the dongle is not plugged in. The mouse works perfectly fine wired. Have there been any successful resolutions to this issue? Or is this just an issue only Razer seems to have & they couldn’t care less?Edit: Some of the more recent threads about this issue seem to be being addressed, so I wouldn’t say they couldn’t care less.

As title says dongle just stopped working - the wired works fine.Dongle is not detected on ANY USB hub (tried all of them) AND its not detected on another PC/Laptop as well.Firmware is update only on mouse, because it doesn't detect dongle to update it.I saw a tons of reports like this - is there a fix or we need a replacement ? 

I’m having issues with the analog stick circularity on both of my controllers (Wolverine V2 Chroma and Wolverine Ultimate), and the controller management software doesn't offer a calibration option like the one available for the Wolverine V3 Pro. Even after replacing the analog sticks, the circularity remains poor; I need a solution to fix the circularity error rate, which exceeds 10%. Simply replacing the sticks with new ones doesn't solve the problem because there is no way to calibrate them for accurate readings.

So today 22.09.2026, i got my  Blackshark v2 x, and when i was trying to register it to my account it said it was already registered to somebody’s account. May i re-register it to my account? I have receipt, box and the device.

Just got this today brand new from Razer. Took it outta the box and the right click was not working. I’ve updated the firmware, ran it on another computer without synapse installed, and uninstalled and reinstalled synapse. It still does not work.
