Integrated Camera and Mic not working

Hello, My integrated camera and microphone on my razer blade 2018 do not work. When i go to the camera app it says we cannot find your camera. I have tried every solution that razer has provided including the youtube video but nothing is working, I believe this is a hardware failure.

    Were there any changes or updates applied to your system before the issue? How did the camera and mic appear on the Device Manager? Please send me the serial number of your Razer Blade via PM so I can take a closer look and assist you accordingly. Let's take it from there. I'll lock this thread now.
