Awesome! Thanks for the update! This is really interesting since more and more people are complaining due to the time it takes to reply on other ways to contact Razer Support. Looking really forward to more updates for Razer Insider to be more transparent. And information regarding future things. We weren't really fully informed on the price hike updates on rewards before, and now I'll be looking forward to more updates. Thanks! All the love

Whenever I sign up to Razer Insider in my phone's browser, the mobile version is not that comprehensive and detailed unlike the web version one where you can see your alerts and the rewards tab. It's really a good thing for Razer to create an app for this. This forum is really great and adding the support forum is a good thing for the Razer savvys out there like me who gets into troubleshoots once in a while. Great job, Razer! 🙂

The featured banner only shows 4 of the featured threads.
Several Insider Achievements have a non-functional 'Convert to zSilver' button.

have noticed the 4-feature for awhile now. just to make it a little more challenging to grind out those zSilvers i suppose! :)

have never had issues with the Convert button, tho. Hmm...

Great news, and a insider mobile app is also awesome.
I still really believe a mobile app version of Razer Insider isn't needed 😟 It scales so well already but I hope it changes my mind once it launches! 🚀
This is great news! Its hard not to merge forums and support these days. Especially when a lot of people don't think to sign up for forums until they have a problem; I know I'm guilty of it. I've stuck around because it is a cool place to hang out. The mods and forum-goers are all friendly. I don't see any name calling going on here and I've run into some genuinely helpful members here.

wow, finally a support forum
Wow! Way to come out and attack the #1 complaint against Razer head-on!

I'll be looking forward to see how this shakes out in the Church of Internet Consensus. If the supernerds have positive feedbacks (not just the fanbois and shills) this will be really wonderful.

Because everybody asks about my razer laptop and I always say "yeah, it looks nice, BUT!"... Razer should be a "no-buts" company.
