I purchased £6k+ of razer kit in September. On day one I found a simple issue.





My new Razor blade 15 doesn't coexist with the Core X Croma with a 3080 Ti in it. A gpu intensive program stutters when both GPU's are enabled. Which makes total sense as the Nvidia drivers do not support concurrent running of a laptop 3080Ti and a desktop 3080Ti.



When I am at home I disable the laptop GPU via device manager. However I though and was led to believe I was buying into a premium hardware platform. Is it too much to ask to have this switch happen automatically rather than me having to go into the device driver and manually disable the internal GPU ?



In fact razer have an app that will do exactly that (GPU Switcher), but it haven't been updated since 2015 and fails on my windows 11 install.



I have been emailing back and forth for a month now and been passed between 9 different people.



Has anyone else come across this issue ? Any help much appreciated.
