I have purchased a Razer Naga Chroma, maybe about a year ago.

I cannot say, because I buy 2-3 mice at a time since your left and right clicks give out from 3 years worth of clicking.



My point being is This Razer Chroma is real problematic, frustrating, and I'm ready to feed it to my dog.

The issue with this mouse if 2 specific things.



1st issue is that everytime I lift it off my mouse pad, the mouse likes to move itself down with every lift off. Note that after I reboot, it will work fine, 2-3 games in, it'll start doing this bullshit. So during my FPS games, when I am aiming and suddenly I'm shooting at my feet, it gets real dumb, real fast.



2nd issue is that the mouse just freezes for a good 10 seconds, just locks in the middle of my screen.

I have tried all possible troubleshooting.



Razer Synapse, Tournament Synapse, Full uninstall of Razer synapse, reinstalled it, manually installed drivers, tried literally ALL my computer ports, and even bought a new mousepad figuring mine was old. No, the issue persists.
