I cannot login to razer synapse app, invalid password and or login

this is on legacy synapse 2.0, I click remember me, but every few days i have to login again, this time I cant even login, this is bs

Please perform a clean installation of the app by following this guide. That usually solves login and launch-related issues. PM me if the problem persists.
