Iso some help with my blackwidow elite

So recently I've been having some issues with the Razer Synapse 3 software. I ended up uninstalling reinstalling synapse and now its working properly, with the exception of the mute button. Usually it will turn red when muted. I have grown to love this feature. However, it does not currently do this. The buttons work properly and do what their supposed to but it just doesn't hold that red color when muted if someone has a fix for this would be a life saver
