Issue with Philips Hue and Chroma Apps | Razer Insider

I've been searching online for a while and haven't found anyone else with my specific issue, so apologies if this has been addressed before.

I'm having an odd issue with the Philips Hue integration with Chroma Apps in Synapse 3. The Hue integration itself works fine. I have two Hue Play Bars behind my monitor in an Entertainment Area. If I load Synapse, go to the Hue module, and select Spectrum Cycle for example, both Play Bars sync perfectly to different colors, along with my Razer Keyboard, Mouse, and Mousepad. No problems there.

HOWEVER - If I try to use any Chroma App in the Chroma Connect module (i.e. Doom, Fortnite, Wallpaper Engine, etc...) the light syncing will only work on ONE of the Play Bars. The other one will go dark. Every time. Sometimes it's the left one only, sometimes its the right one only.

I've tried completely uninstalling Synapse and all modules (even deleting any trace of Synapse/Chroma files on my machine), reinstalling, logging into a guest account so none of my profiles sync. I've played with different connection settings in the Hue app itself, including completely deleting the two Play Bars from my bridge and re-syncing them. It's the same problem every time.

Nothing I've tried has fixed the issues. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem, or could suggest some other troubleshooting steps. Thank you!
