I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with my Razer BlackWidow Elite keyboard. I am experiencing sudden malfunctioning of certain keys on the keyboard.
Specifically, I have noticed that a few keys have stopped functioning altogether. I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue by reconnecting the keyboard, updating the firmware, and testing it on different devices, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
The keyboard is out of warranty this year.
Does anyone else have this problem? If yes, how do you solve it?
