Dear Razer Support Team,

Hello! I am a big and loyal fan of Razer. Nearly all of my computer peripherals are from Razer, from keyboards to headsets. I've collected almost every quartz product. I own a couple different mouse models. Razer Viper Ultimate is my favourite. In fact, I not only purchased this model 3 times, but also chose it as gifts to my friends.

Unfortunately, the adapter of my mouse that I bought last year in Razer Amazon has malfunctioned. It has a connecting issue. This adapter is not just a simple device and it means a lot to me. As its color perfectly fits all my personal preferences.

Therefore, I am earnestly seeking your assistance to resolve this issue. I specifically wish to obtain an original colored replacement to match my existing set. I understand that products may wear out over time, but I truly hope to continue using this beloved mouse. Please guide me on how I can obtain repair or replacement services.
