I don’t know if anyone else has had the same issues, but I’ve been getting Razer products since ~2010, and have just always had recurring issues with software first, and now hardware.  I had a mamba initially that bugged out because the software hadn’t caught up to the hardware yet.  I had a hex-naga for a while which I loved the layout on, but that one broke down on me so I tried the Naga Trinity.  The left click isn’t functioning now, and I’ve followed all the steps.  It is out of warranty but the left click?  And there are so many software programs I feel like they conflict with each other.  I’m ready to move away from Razer now.  I have a Blackshark Pro 2 headset that the bluetooth is less than impressive (I’m even using close USB ports), and despite going thoroughly through mic options, I’m constantly told I’m coming through very quiet.  The left click only working 75% of the clicks I’m just done with it.  Wear and tear is one thing but basic functions like that?  Has anyone else had all these problems?
