Issues with my Huntsman Mini.

When I was playing games my keyboard didn't register keys or registered keys too many times as if the keyboard had input lag I have synapse 3 installed I have the last firmware updated I did a clean install of my windows and synapse 3 I don't what happen with my keyboard, can any help me?

    Did you try disabling Synapse when using your keyboard and check if it yields the same issue? Try isolating the behavior by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into possible solutions. I'll lock this thread now.
