My brother just give me Razer Kraken Pro V2 as a gift and I tried registering it on Razer ID and it says Item Serial Is Unknown

Make sure you don't get numbers and letters mixed up For example: '0', 'O' or 'I'. 'l' You can register your product through Synapse application or Web. https://www.razer.com/product-registration Try using a English US keyboard format. We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~

• Name
• S/N
• P/N
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product

i did it many times and the results r the same "item serial number is unknown"
