I just received my Kaira Pro. I synced it up with my xbox one and one thing I noticed was the following:
1. while i an xbox party group, my name would appear all the time on screen, denoting that I was talking. I was not, and could not be heard. I even covered the microphone and my name still appeared.
2. on an elder scrolls online chat group, whenever I would speak, there would be a slight click sound before and after I spoke.
I updated the firmware using the software. I also downloaded the xbox app and don't see anything that would help lower mic sensitivity.

I can't speak on the click. However, for the microphone staying on, I posted a fix in another thread. Set the Microphone Equalizer to "Custom" on the Razer Headset Setup for Xbox app and save. Not sure why it works, but it does.

Thanks for this. What custom settings though? Are the sliders all at 50% like they are on default?

Leave them at default. Any changes to the sliders may (or may not) cause issue to come back.
