keyboard "FN" key and "razer hypershift"

In "razer synapse" I can use the "razer hypershift" key to create unique keyboard shortcuts, BUT the "FN" key does the same thing.
why can't I use the "FN" key to create the same unique keyboard shortcuts?
I'm begging you to add the ability to create keyboard shortcuts with the "FN" key!
