keyboard not showing up in device manager

i got my laptop from amazon and had it for a bout a month. no spills, no drops. one day it went out of battery and i charged it but it wouldnt turn back on. so i restarted it and the keyboard didnt light up neither could i type on it. And as soon as it turned on it started overheating. it hasnt stopped either. been a month and have tried everything. seller on amazon didnt help
