Hello,

I’ve used this keyboard for quite some time and suddenly my Esc stopped working in game. I did some more research and found out that keys form ESC to PauseBreak didn’t work. I got onto the forums and it’s the same issue that Gigglestomp123 had.

Things I tried:

• plugging it into different hole
• different computer - still didn’t work
• factory reset through R. Synapse
• could have switched to demo mode - tried the ESC, CAPS buttons; ESC, CAPS, Space buttons; ESC CAPS, CTRL buttons - everything did absolutely nothing
• updated drivers

Does anybody has an idea what’s the problem and potentially how to solve it?
