Kraken 2019 7.1 surround sound

hi Using Windows 10, I have messed up and no longer have the 'speakers (7.1 surround sound)' option to select in my sound control panel. How do I reinstall/setup this option so that I can have the option available in the 7.1 standalone app. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app but it does not generate a new 'speakers (7.1 surround sound)' option. Thank you

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Kraken 2019's concern here. Have you tried clean reinstalling your Razer Synapse 3.0? If you haven't, please click this link and see if it helps.

    Hi, I have installed synapse 3.0 software because I have also purchased a mouse and keyboard. This did nothing to help the sound... I think the Kraken 2019 is not supported by synapse 3 software.

    Thanks for pointing that out. And yes, that can still help the issue as it allows you to refresh the drivers from the device manager. Please send me a screenshot of the output devices shown in your 7.1 Surround Sound together with the drivers available to the device manager. Save it via Google Drive or to another online drive account then include it in your PM. Let's continue from there.

    i have the same problem and i did it refresh the drivers from the device manager but doesn't work.

    Hi @BeerStep! Please send me a photo/screenshot showing your device manager's sound drivers together with your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the files via Google Drive or to another online drive account then paste the link in your PM.

    friend, I fixed this problem. But now every time I enable 7.1 surround sound, the sound starts to cut by 1 second. This only happens with surround sound.
