Kraken 2019 no 7.1 surround code

same I bought a Kraken 2019 and registered it and i did not receive an activation code for 7.1 surround.

Hello I registered 7.1 v2 kraken in my account. and still waiting for the key, i connect Facebook support and razer support by mail and i have no answer Can you help me plz? activation code

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your concerns here. Please keep in mind that Razer Surround Sound Pro was created for legacy devices while 7.1 Surround Sound is for the newer versions, namely, the Razer Kraken X and Kraken 2019. If you've purchased the headset from a reseller, the product should have an activation card in the package. On the other hand, if the device was registered during the promotion, the code is sent to your email. Check it in your junk or promotion folder if you can't find it in your inbox. Else, send me a PM together with the email address associated to your Razer ID so I can check the device registration status and verify the code. I'll be locking this thread now.
