Hello! I have recently been having problems with my Kraken Ultimate. Sometimes when I move a bit the headphones they turn off on their own and then they return. A friend told me it might be a cable issue but I don't know. This happens frequently and its a bit annoying. Please I need your help.

Are you connected directly to a USB port, not on a USB hub? Have you tried connecting your headset to a different computer? Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM.
