Dear Razer Team,
Warehouse “Saturn” (Germany) sold me a Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition (it was a exhibit object) in 30.04.2022, in a box (I still have it) with the Serial Number (removed for recurity purposes) outside, which is also the number on the bill.
Additional I got a 3 year warranty from their side due it being an exhibit object.
Timeskip to today, Battery bloated so I wanted to replace it (with the 3 year warranty).
Bad surprise, the laptop device has a different Serial Number (SN removed). Now Saturn claims I swapped the device and basically doesn’t care. Worse I can’t even ask Razer because there is NO BILL, so in legal sense I don’t own the device!
Right now I’m thinking about taking legal action against Saturn, because this is fraudulent behavior on their side and they showed so far no intention to help or fix anything.
Right now I hope the Razer Team can confirm (SN removed) was delivered as ware to Saturn (they claim the number doesn’t exist) and maybe can confirm status of (SN removed) (due to it being a exhibit device, maybe it was repaired and swapped out)
