Large Cavernous Echo in My Sound

I have a Razer Blade 14, 2021. All of a sudden my audio has developed this echoing sound like I'm playing in a large cavern or arena. It's quite clearly some kind of software issue as it sounds normal for 2-3 seconds before it switches to this kind of sound. I think it's related to Realtek because I switched to the generic drivers and that "fixed" it, though then the audio is incredibly quiet and my headphones no longer work. I saw a post somewhere about changing a setting in the "enhancements" tab for Realtek audio but I don't seem to have the option to do so.
