Left-Click issue, Razer Basilisk Ultimate

I have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate | RZ01-03170 and the left-click is not working properly. I have to press really hard for a second then it registers the click. I did test it on 3 different devices and it is still the same. I am not sure if this is a hardware or software issue. I have only had the mouse for a few months and rarely used it. Thank you

Is the issue happening while Synapse is running in the background? Isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. Should the problem persists, please send me the serial number of your Razer Basilisk Ultimate via PM. I'll lock this thread now.
