Light strip set and expansion kit - Major problems

This has been almost nothing but problems.

1. It's not plainly stated ANYWHERE but you can only run two strips off each channel. You can't just make one chain of lights connected to one channel to simplify things. This is incredibly misleading.

2. Adding bends to strips in Synapse is so frustrating seeing how you can only make them go one direction. I have to make an L shape opposite to how my strip is actually placed, then I have to rotate it in razer synapse studio, which doesn't work.

3. I have 2 long strip and 2 short strips running currently. Right now I can put simple effects on all of them but in razer studio it will NOT apply ANY effects to one of my long and one of my short strips.

4. Once I connected to the wireless ARGB controller on my PC, I was no longer able to access it on my app. I've tried removing it and re-adding it and it no longer detects the device.

5. I was on with Support chat yesterday for over an hour to be told I was going to be sent an e-mail and some other info on how to properly configure these and I received nothing.

I chose to put out the money to be an early adopter of these and was very excited only to be extremely let down. I don't want to be made to feel I have to wait x months for you guys to work the kinks out of the software before we can actually... USE it.
