[Mamba Tournament Edition] mouse lift off and then stuck, need a second or two to recover

Hello folks, I have a Mamba Tournament Edition mouse. Recently I found a issue that when I lift off the mouse and put it down back to the mouse pad, the tracking is stuck. I have to wait for a second or two to recover. The Razer Synapse calibration fixed the issue, but once I reboot the computer, it comes back again. So I have to re calibration every time when I boot my computer. Anyone has seen similar issue? What is the resolution? Thanks.

Have you tried performing a clean reinstallation on your Synapse? If you haven't done so yet, please follow the steps from this link. Should the issue persists, send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can verify its model and assist you further. I'll lock this thread now.
