Messed up order

I bought an order recently though a guest account and it didn't send me anything to track it , or proof that i bought it or even going to receive it . i got no email or message that it was confirmed, the only proof is the money it took from my account , Am i even going to get it or did u just take my money ???

Please send me your full name and the email address you used. I'd appreciate it if you can share a screenshot of how much you were charged as well as the date of the transaction.
