i restarted my pc and my mic is now very quiet. and ive updated erverything. and made sure the sound is all the way. and no luck.

I assume it’s connected wirelessly via USB transciever?

In Synapse Audio → Microphone is set to 100%? And you can turn off the auto mic sensitivity option and test.

Also on the headset you can test game/chat balance knob.
