Microphone of blackshark pro v2 not working on pc

I have an issue with my headset blackshark v2 pro when I try to use the microphone it doesn't pick up any sound I already reinstall synapse update drivers, if I use the headset with the 3.5 cable on my console the microphone works also try to use it with the USB cable connected and nothing if I connect the microphone directly to the 3.5 port on the pc it shows as a different microphone but it works, on synapse 3 when I go to the mic tab and press the test mic it doesn't pick up any sound, please help

How does the microphone appear on the Device Manager when using it via wireless 2.4GHz? Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into firmware-related solutions. Let's go from there. I'll lock this thread now.
