Missing backpack from my order | Razer Insider

I placed an order for a couple items, including a backpack, but when my package arrived it was missing the backpack.  The order now says that it’s “delivered.”  I’ve looked on the site to try and talk to someone about it but as mentioned by a few people I can’t actually find any way to submit a case, ask support, or generally get help with regards to this outside of generic KB articles about how to submit a return.  

Can someone please contact me about how to report the missing item so this issue can get corrected?
